2629809 - SSL Certificate revoked - Recruiting Marketing

This article presents a pretty rare situation that can happen when working with certificates. In some situations minutes, hours or days after installation the certificate isn't valid anymore and the following message appears when accessign the site :  Peer’s Certificate has been revoked. Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Access the RMK Career site on a mobile browser. 
2. Error SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE appears.

The certificate has been revoked by the issuer.

The SSL certificate of the RMK Site needs to be updated. This process is now a self-service process for RMK Customers. Please check the KBA 2231401 - Updated SSL Certificate Renewal process - Recruiting Marketing on how to renew or update the RMK SSL Certificate.

Note: This situation may appears only with Firefox browser, as they perform stricter certificate validation (including revocation checking) and therefore blocks access when a part the certificate chain is detected.
