The button Submit is disabled in a Sales Quote document

Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Sales and select Sales Quotes
- Search for Quote ID XYZ (Where XYZ corresponds to Sales Quote ID)
- Open the Quote
- The button Actions->Submit is disabled
Cause
The sales quote document type is enabled for external pricing. Only a successfully calculated quote can be submitted. This can be checked in field field "Pricing Status".
You can check whether the external pricing is enabled for this document type in fine tuning activity "Sales Quotes".
Resolution
Calculate the price of this sales quote by clicking on button "Request External Pricing"
