2629926 - Proration Based on EC Hire Date

 Standard Prorating field gives incorrect value.

 Missing Definition of ProratingStartDate and ProratingEndDate

The system does not automatically take the CurrentHireDate as a proration start date.

  We need to add the following standard field to the form.

•    Salary Prorating Start Date 
•    Salary Prorating End Date

  Once the field added we need to map it to the EC field.

  NOTE: The system currently calculates proration based on 365 day period.
