2629982 - Application error approving LOA

You are trying to approve and LOA request and you are getting the application error below:

1. Request an LOA for an employee;
2. Go to Pending requests and try to approve it;
3. Get the application error;

There is an onSave business rule under job information which has a validation triggering an error message and for some reason this rule is being true which mean the error message is triggered.

Leave of Absences when requested triggers a change in job information which means that all onSave rules are triggered, if you have any business rules with Raise Message and th message is an error message and the condition to raise this message is met, then the error will be triggered and in the workflow page you'll get this application error.

In our previous releases these messager were skipped from the execution when requesting LOA and this behavior was corrected on this release.

You need to review your business rules with raise message under job information and double-check to find which one is triggered and do one of the following actions:

1. Remove the business rule from job information;
2. Analyze and correct the rule to make sure it is not triggered when requesting LOA;
