2630006 - Jam REST API related warning message appears when saving BIZX configuration file

When clicking 'Apply Change' button in BIZX configuration file edit page, system displays a warning message like below:

Warning Details:

• The settings have been successfully saved with the following warnings:
• Jam REST API testing failed with message:(Access token denied.). Please check the successFactorsCubeTreeBaseURL settings.

• Jam REST API testing failed with message:(Error requesting access token.). Please check the successFactorsCubeTreeBaseURL settings.

 SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Navigate to LMS administration page, go to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > BIZX > Click Edit icon
2. After making some property modification then click Apply Change button or just click Apply Change button without any change
3. At the top of the page warning details as described in Symptom are displayed.

It works as design. Once we save the BizX configuration, system will test to make sure both BizX's baseRESTAPIURL and JAM's successFactorsCubeTreeBaseURL are valid. This is a nice feature to alert user if anything is not configured properly. If Jam integration is enabled in your instance, do check whether the the successFactorsCubeTreeBaseURL setting is correct and verify if Jam integration works well. If all work fine you can just ignore the warning messages as a common warning.
