2630185 - Unable to edit diagram: "All available licenses are currently in use" - SAP EAD

Symptom

  • Trying to edit a diagram, the following error is raised:

“All available licenses are currently in use. Please try again shortly.”

  • Restarting the application does not help:

xs restart eadesigner
xs restart eadesigner-backend

  • The F12 console displays:

Failed to load resource: The server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
List of actons:
  Object
    lang: "en"
    value: "All available licenses are currently in use. Please try again shortly."

  • Error has been reported by neither

xs logs eadesigner-backend --all >log.txt

nor

xs logs eadesigner-service --all >logservice.txt
