• How can Learning admins check the comments the users entered when enrolling in a class?
• Which table stores the comments the users enter when enrolling in class?

The comments cannot be viewed on the Learning admin side. They can only be exported via the "Class Enrollment Audit Report (CSV)" report.

If you want to develop custom report, the information can be found in the "COMMENTS" column of the "PA_ENROLL_SEAT" and "PH_ENROLL_SEAT" table.

Please be advised that the comment box in the registration page is no longer available when Course Home is enabled.
