2630338 - Null is not a valid AddressType - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

The following error message appear in Manage Pending Hires: null is not a valid AddressType. Please change the mapping template with valid addressType in homeAddress mappings.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login Into BizX;
  2. Go to Manage Pending Hires page;
  3. Select a new hire and click in hire; 
  4. The following error message appears: null is not a valid AddressType. Please change the mapping template with valid addressType in homeAddress mappings.

Cause

The value for Address information is mapped without a Variant.

Resolution

  1. Login into BizX;
  2. Go to Admin Center > Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central;
  3. Filter by Address information;
  4. Select a Variant for the mapped fields that do no have any.
