Go to Learning Home Page > Options and Settings

Learning Offline Player Activation Code Button is not visilble for the users.

Successfactors Learning Management , Learning Management System.

If below property is set to 'false' , users won't be able to see Offline Player Activation Code Button under option and settings in the LMS user home page.

offlinePlayerUpgradeEnabled=false.

Set the below property to 'true' as shown below to make Activation Code Button visible for the users.

Navigation Steps :

System Admin > configurations > System Configurations > LMS_ADMIN.

# This configuration controls whether Offline Player can be upgraded by users.
# Warning: If this configuration is set to false, users will not be able to download the Offline Player from Options and Settings.
