2630652 - Leads Historic - How to Get All Changes On Leads Status Using Validity From Date

You want to see in the Data Source Leads Historic Status [CODMKLEAHHB] all the date and time of the status change that was made for those leads. However, you are just able to see one date for each status. And if you change the status, it is not reflecting any change that you are doing. For this you are using using the field Validity from Data.

This is happening because the Validity from Date is also a Key Figure available in this Data Source, but this Key Figure is only support Date Format. Which means that if the changes are made in the same day, it will not be shown.

To get the correct Status update of the Leads using this mentioned Data Source, you should use the fields "Validity from Date and Validity to Date" available in the characteristic area, not the Key figures. The characteristic is Date/time and Timezone format. It will correctly show all the changes.
