2630701 - IT Requirements cannot be closed with CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT


Try to close an IT requirement (SMIR/ZMIR) with report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE REPORT, you get error message:

Document 8000000xxx refused for technical reasons: ERROR_FREE

Message No. SOCM_ACTION_LOG203

You can't change the user * because you are not authorized, or because the Customizing settings for the status profile prevent the status from being changed.

System Response
The system resets the user * to the original (source) user *

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
Users must have authorization object B_USERSTAT to change a user * Check the authorizations for the user * profile, in Customizing.
