2630782 - Tabs disappears on click while using Standards Ajax Framework Page

After the update of SP level when Using Portal Only with Standards Ajax Framework Page in Netweaver 7.5 version one of the following issue is seen.

Case 1 : When accessing the Different tabs in the portal , on each click of the tab it gets stacked on top of each other and also in the portal_content when any pcd object is opened , the tab opens on the previously opened tab.

Case 2 : When using the Standard Ajax Framework Page on Internet Explorer browser, The content of the Page Toolbar is shifted to the right causing the "Full Screen" and "Options" button to look like they are getting out of the screen
