2630845 - SRM Shopping Cart transfer fails with 06 199 "Missing authorization..." error

Symptom

A shopping cart item with classic technical scenario is transferred to the ECC back-end system. In the administration transaction RZ20, the system issues the error "06 199 Missing authorization: XXX...", although the shopping cart creator has the proper roles and authorizations assigned.
