2631111 - JavaScript error or screen freezes when creating alerts for Interaction Center in SAP S/4HANA

• Screen freezes in Alert creation screen. It is not possible to navigate away from the screen.
• In the Alert creation screen, there is no response when clicking buttons like 'Insert Attribute'.
• Text editor is not editable.
• When navigating to "Alert Creation" screen,
• SAP S/4HANA for Customer Management 1.0 - Addon for SAP S/4HANA 1709, you can see 
• You can see that some Javascript files from BSP component bsp_crm_btfbse cannot be loaded  (HTTPWatch or F12) and return 403, instead of return code 200
• Javascript errors like "'DoValidate_BTFEditor' is undefined", "'SetFocus_BTFEditor' is undefined" are displayed if 'Disable Script debugging (Internet Explorer)' is unchecked in IE menu 'Tools' >'Internet Options' > 'Advanced':
