2631116 - CST - Enqueue Server status: Running but not responding

Symptom

  • In the MMC or SAP MMC console the Enqueue server is in Yellow status with message "Running but not responding"
     
  • Running  "sapcontrol -nr <ASCS/SCSinstance nr> -function GetProcessList"  the result is:

    GetProcessList
    OK
    name, description, dispstatus, textstatus, starttime, elapsedtime, pid
    msg_server.EXE, MessageServer, GREEN, Running, yyyy mm dd hh:mm:ss, 123   
    enserver.EXE, EnqueueServer, YELLOW, Running but not responding, yyyy mm dd hh:mm:ss, 456  
    gwrd.EXE, Gateway, GREEN, Running, yyyy mm dd hh:mm:ss, 789
