2631206 - Bad Gateway Error when accessing LMS

When attempting to access LMS, users are receiving a Bad Gateway error and are unable to access LMS.

1. Try to access / login to your LMS System
2. Get the error above
3. No user can access LMS

• Submit a case to Cloud Support.
• Successfactors Operations team would be contacted for further investigation on why the system is down for all users.
