2631206 - Bad Gateway Error when accessing LMS

Symptom

When attempting to access LMS, users are receiving a Bad Gateway error and are unable to access LMS.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Try to access / login to your LMS System
  2. Get the error above
  3. No user can access LMS

Resolution

  • Submit an case to Cloud Support.
  • SuccessFactors Operations Team would be contacted for further investigation on why the system is down for all users.
