2631389 - Check Tool: Difference between MDF country objects and picklist “ISOCountryList” (CountryMDFObjectsLegacyPicklistIdentical)

• Country is not correctly resolved in Employee Central UI's
• You have executed the following check via Admin Center > Check Tool > Work Structure > CountryMDFObjectsLegacyPicklistIdentical - and identified errors

Employee Central

The values maintained in the “Country” MDF picklist must match the values in the “ISOCountryList” picklist, to ensure various UI’s can resolve Country Specific fields/information. If there is an inconsistency between the 2 lists, this can cause disruption to UI operation. The consistency is compared based on External Code (which is the 3 letter ISO code)

Typically, this issue only occurs when custom countries are added to the “Country” MDF object or the “ISOCountryList” picklist.

To resolve the issue, create the missing countries in the appropriate table.

Country MDF Object: If the Check returns values in “Country code of MDF object” but not in “Country in ISOCountryList” then you need to create the missing countries in the “ISOCountryList” picklist. Please go to Admin Center > Manage Data to make the correction.

ISOCountryList Picklist: Create the value in the “Country” MF object if the value exists in “Country in ISOCountryList” but not in “Country code of MDF object”. Please go toAdmin Center > Picklists Management to make the correction.
