Reproducing the Issue

Admin Center > Manage Rules in Recruiting
Select a Job Requisition Template or Offer Detail Template
Error will occur.

"Server was unable to understand the URI of your OData API request, which contained the invalid character text sequence of: [[], [ ], []] . Please check the correctness of your query syntax, especially for unexpected whitespace or punctuation. For API syntax requirements consult https://help.sap.com/viewer/#####/PRODUCTION/en-US"

Resolution

Refresh the OData API Metadata by accessing Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh, and this will resolve the issue.
