2631784 - Field Follow-On Status Missing When Exporting Purchase Requests to Microsoft Excel

You exported purchase requests to Microsoft Excel, but when you open the file, you find the field Follow-On Status is missing.

SAP Business ByDesign All Versions

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Requests view.
3. Sort some purchase requests.
4. Click Export: To Microsoft Excel®.
5. Open the downloaded file, you find the field Follow-On Status is missing.

Follow-On Status cannot be exported.

Instead, there is another field, Follow up Doc Status on the same screen, which showing the same data as Follow-On Status field.

Please entry Personalization mode, add Follow up Doc Status field to this screen and save. Then the same data can be exported.
