2631983 - Balance deducted from wrong Time Account

You have noticed that, upon requesting a leave, the deduction has occurred 'wrongly' in an older Time Account.

An user has 11 days leave balance in an old 2016 Time Account. On Mar 30, 2017, user applied for a four days leave (Apr 13, 2017  to Apr 19, 2017). After the deduction, they have 7 days of leave balance in the 2016 account.

On Apr 23, 2017, the user applied for a 5 days leave (May 3, 2017 to May 9, 2017). After the deduction, balance is 2 days on the 2016 account. On May 23, 2017, the user applied for a 4 days leave (June 1, 2017 to June 6, 2017), with 2 days deducted from the 2016 account and 2 days deducted from the 2017 account.

Later, on May 28, 2017, the user canceled the leave applied for 5 days (May 3, 2017 to May 9, 2017) and these leaves posted back to 2016 account. Now, when user applied for leave from Jun 01 to Jun 06, user don't have sufficient leave balance in 2016 account, hence the leave deducted from the 2017 account as well.

Expected behavior.

• The leaves are allocated starting from the end date (reverse order), hence the old 2016 Time Account balance got allocated to the end dates 6th and 5th June 2017, and 1st and 2nd June 2017 were allocated to the 2017 Time Account balance.
• When canceled, the leaves get posted back to the original Time Accounts from which they were deducted, irrespective of the 'posting order in time account type' or 'time account type sequence' added in time type.
