Symptom
Scenario: The user has 11 days leave balance in old 2016 time account. On Mar 30, 2017 user applied leave for four days(Apr 13, 2017 to Apr 19, 2017). After deduction he has 7 days leave balance in 2016 account. On Apr 23, 2017 user applied leave for 5 days(May 3, 2017 to May 9, 2017). After deduction the leave balance is 2 days. On May 23, 2017 user applied leave for 4 days(01-Jun to 6-Jun), 2 days leave deducted 2016 account and remaining 2 days deducted 2017 account. Later, on May 28, 2017 user canceled the leave applied for 5 days(May 3, 2017 to May 9, 2017), and these leaves posted back to 2016 account. Now, when user applied for leave from Jun 01 to Jun 06, user don't have sufficient leave balance in 2016 account hence leave deducted from 2017 as well. Days off with error: 1-2/6/2017 – Should have been deducted from the "old" account at the time: VACATION 2016 but deducted wrongly from the 2017 account.
