2631995 - Making Email Information Portlet Mandatory in Add new Employee

Symptom

Unable to make Email Information block mandatory in New Hire wizard.

Reproducing the Issue

Able to save the Personal Information portlet with no data in Email information and/or Address in Add new Employee Wizard.

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

There is no way to prohibit users from clicking the 'bin' icon to remove the portlets from the wizard entirely & then proceeding with no Email information or Address information.
