2632210 - SysID in the message differs from the SysID, which is assigned to the User in the Scenario Package Administration in the integration component for SAP Business One

The problem described in this KBA can materialize in two different scenarios with two different error messages:

1. In SAP Customer Checkout a synchronization job such as the receipt synchronization fails. In the standard log (C:\SapCustomerCheckout\log) you find the error

Error: SysID in the message differs from the assigned SysID of the IPO-User in B1i

OR

SysID in the message differs from the SysID, which is assigned to the User in the Scenario Package Administration in the integration component for SAP Business One.

2. In SAP Customer Checkout in the Integration tab, SAP Business One subtab the Check connection and authentication function returns

SysID and User configured in the Integration Tab of SAP Customer Checkout is different from the SysID and User configured in the Scenario Package Administration in the integration component for SAP Business One
