2632340 - LMS: 'Register Now' button shows even if 'Manager can Register Others' is 'No'

In 'My Employees' tab, 'Register Now' button is showing even if Class setting 'Manager can Register Others' is set to 'No'.

SAP Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Get an example Class with 'Manager can Register Others' being set to 'No'
2. Assign the parent item to one of your employees as the supervisor
3. Go to 'My Employees' tab
4. Notice that 'Register Now' button shows for that item.

The 'Register Now' button is controlled by 'User can Self-Register' option in the Class, not by 'Manager can Register Others' setting.

'Manager can Register Others' is applicable only in the following use cases:

1. My Employees > Register/Withdraw Employees > Register Employees > Add Class
• You won’t find the class
2. Home > Find Learning
• ***You will find the class but there is no ‘Register Others’ option***

You can set the 'User can Self-Register' to 'No' on the Class entity. However, that will mean that no user will be able to register for that class.

But even after this the 'Register Now' button will be available both on the user and in the supervisor learning plan view (only allows them to view class details but they would not be available to initiate a class enrollment)
