2632406 - Time Sheet Error: "Time Sheet was updated in the meantime. Please Refresh".

Symptom

On clicking on submit of Time Sheet an error occurs as "Time Sheet was updated in the meantime. Please Refresh".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Sheet

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the user's Time Sheet for a particular week.
  2. Click on “Submit” and the Error message appears as: "Time Sheet was updated in the meantime. Please Refresh".

Cause

This error occurs when the user has duplicate Employee Time Sheet Objects (two objects with the same status of 'pending').

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Data > Employee Time Sheet.
  2. Check if the user has more than one Time Sheets in status "To be submitted" for the same week/date.
  3. If yes, delete one of the Time Sheet (The latest one as per the timestamp).
