When submitting a Leave of Absence or Return to Work requests via Time Off, in the Production environment, we are receiving an application error. Please see attached the screenshots of the error. The Time-Off module was working without any issues before this past weekend, so we believe this is a Release related issue. Please help us resolve this issue as we are currently unable to process LOA and RTW in the system.

Reproducing the Issue
• Look up an employee - • Navigate to Time Off – Leave of Absence page. • Click on Administer Time • Click on Add New Absence • Select a Leave of Absence Time Type and enter the necessary dates • When clicking 'Submit', we receive an application error.
The instance has a picklist where the value is of different data type then expected.
Please maintain correct data type value for that picklist or remove the picklist.
