2633064 - Reason for Status Pop Up Is Not Showing When Set as Lost From the Worklist View

You noticed the pop up "Reason for Status" is not appearing when you set from the worklist view.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer 1802/05

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Click on Opportunities view.
3. Select the opportunity ABC (ABC represents the ID of the opportunity).
4. Click in the cogwheel icon.
5. Select Set as Lost.
6. The pop up "Reason for Status" is not going to show.

 

The reason why it is not showing is because from the worklist view user has the possibility to perform multi selection of opportunities.

This is the current system behavior.
