Symptom

  • On the ABAP stack of a Netweaver Process Integration system, you have noticed a large number of errors in SM21, and can see entries in traces with the following error:
    XI Error NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC.RCVR_DETERMINATION
  • You notice a queue on SMQ2 has the error:
    XI Error NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC.RCVR_DETERMINATION
