2633305 - SAP users cannot change passwords from BI Platform

Symptom

  • Error: "You do not have permission to perform the requested action. Please contact your system administrator for details. Type the password again", when trying to change an initial/ expired SAP user password from BI Platform.
  • The following error is captured in the CMS logs: "RFC_LOGON_FAILURE, Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)".
