2633311 - Not Supported Calendar Message ics attachment text

When receiving an LMS notification with a .ics attachment, it displays "Not Supported Calendar Message.ics"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Enable vCalendar attachments utilizing notifications within LMS
2. Note that some mail platforms or applications like Outlook will show the mentioned displayed text on the attachment.

The .ics format is an older standard calendar attachment which is still utilized by LMS to support multiple mail platforms. However, newer calendar invites have been developed to meet these newer standards.

Continue using the .ics as business needs require understanding the attachment message is just a title or description display text that does not affect the attachment functionality else use the new calendar invite feature.
