How to create a user account for future hire employees in Active Directory using CPI Packaged Integration SuccessFactors Employee Central to Microsoft Active Directory Create User Account

Resolution
Follow the below steps:
- Go to the Design tab
- Click on the packaged integration: SuccessFactors Employee Central to Microsoft Active Directory
- Go to the Artifacts tab, click on the Configure under Actions menu
- Use the below parameter in the iFlow:
AdvancedReplicationPeriod : This enables you to replicate the employee data in advance based on the specified period. This allows you to transfer the new hire data into the active directory even before the start date, there-by giving you sufficient time to configure the employee data for the new employee.
- It holds the value / number of days before the employee has to be replicated from his start date.
For example if you want to replicate the employee data to Active Directory 2 days before his start date then this parameter holds 2 has a value.
