2633565 - How to add 'Native Deeplink User' field checkbox which is missing when creating a new user in LMS manually?

When admin is trying to create a new user in LMS manually, they are not able to see the 'Native Deeplink User' checkbix in the User creation wizard.

1.Login as an admin to LMS

2.Navigate to Users

3.Click on 'Add New' link

You will see that the screen/wizard appears like the one mentioned in Symptom section.

This is controlled by the property 'enableRandomPasswordGenerationForNewUsers' which is present in LMS_ADMIN file.If the property is set to 'false', the chcekbox will not appear in the wizard.

1.Login as an admin to LMS

2.Navigate to System Admin>Configuration>System Configiration>LMS_ADMIN

3.Click on edit icon and search for property 'enableRandomPasswordGenerationForNewUsers'

4.Set this property to true i.e. : enableRandomPasswordGenerationForNewUsers=true

5.Click on Apply Changes

Now when you try to create a user manually, you will see the checekbox in the wizard.

NOTE: If you set this property to 'true', the explanation provided in KBA#2398092 will not be applicable in your instance.

This configuration is used to determine whether to use default password functionality or new initial random password generation. 
# true: will enable random password generation for all the users created in our system as explained in KBA#2075301.
# false: will use default password functionality as explained in KBA#2398092.
