2633570 - Error "File validation failed. Create an incident" While Enhancing Customers Data via Migration Activity

You are enhancing Customers using the migration activity and you receive the below mentioned error in the validation step:

"File validation failed. Create an incident"

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Go to Business Configuration work center.
2.  Select Overview view.
3.  Search and open Migration of Customers activity.
4.  Select Migrate Customers Using the Migration Tool.
5.  Upload the Migration Template using upload option.
6.  Select Execute Migration.

You receive the above error at Validation step.

This error can occur due to multiple reasons, one of the reasons can be due to the duplicate records existing in Payment Data sheet in the Migration Template.

Please verify the data in the migration template and remove the duplicate records from the Payments Data sheet and execute the migration.
