Symptom
- Outbound calls to queue or agents are not possible
- CDT receiving a "Temporary Error"
- Every time an attempt to make a call results in the Call Dispatcher crashing
- CD logs displays the following messages:
- TRC> Cannot reserve hub for...
- ERR> Exception in cmdThread....
- ERR> Unhandled exception caught: ErrorCode...
