Symptom

  • Outbound calls to queue or agents are not possible
  • CDT receiving a "Temporary Error"
  • Every time an attempt to make a call results in the Call Dispatcher crashing
  • CD logs displays the following messages:
    • TRC> Cannot reserve hub for...
    • ERR> Exception in cmdThread....
    • ERR> Unhandled exception caught: ErrorCode...
