2633691 - LCMCLI / PMW fails for users and groups

Symptom

  • When trying to promote Users and Groups from Source System to Target system following error is observed:
    "The job failes with "Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed. Object has failed to promote."

    In the logs below errors are seen:
    "Setting for Property-value pair (SI_FORCE_PASSWORD_CHANGE, true) contradicts (SI_CHANGEPASSWORD, false). Resolve the contradiction. (FWM 08001)".
  • The issue may occur in any Promotion Client (LCMCLI, PMW, Promotion Management)
