2634071 - Cannot Find Product in Demand Plan Using the Filter

You are using the filter in Demand Plan XXX to find the Product ABC. However, no record is found.

XXX = Demand Plan ID.

ABC = Product ID.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Demand Planning work center.
2. Select Demand Plans view.
3. Search for Demand Plan XXX.
4. Select the Demand Plan XXX.
5. Select Plan.
6. Click Show Filter Row.
7. Filter by Product ABC.

No Records Found

You are not finding product ABC in Demand Plan XXX because there are spaces after the Product ID: "ABC                                                      ". If you open the product, the ID does not contain the spaces.

You need to use the asterisk after the product ID by following the steps:

1. Go to Demand Planning work center.
2. Select Demand Plans view.
3. Search for Demand Plan XXX.
4. Select the Demand Plan XXX.
5. Select Plan.
6. Click Show Filter Row.
7. Filter by Product ABC*.

The ABC will be found.
