2634133 - Is it possible to extract electronically signed offer letters through Integration Center?

Customer wants to use DocuSign for electronic signatures for offer acceptance and they want to be able to store the documents in their archiving system. However, the offer letters that are extracted through Integration Center do not contain the electronic signatures.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Select a candidate's application where the Offer Letter has been signed electronically.
  2.  Click on the Offer Letter link in the "Offer Letter" portlet. The e-signature can be viewed in the letter.

3.  In Integration center, when you create a report on Offer letters generated for candidates, the e-Signature is found missing.

 This is an expected behavior.

When it comes to DocuSign, the Recruiting Management system stores the signed copy as well as the signature certificate (by DocuSign). These documents can be downloaded in the User Interface, on the Offer Letter portlet of the candidate's application. These documents are not yet exposed in OData API which implies that they can not be extracted from the system with the Integration Center tool.

The only way possible here is to manually download it from Admin Center -> Manage Documents.
