2634164 - "An error occured during report generation" appears when creating an AdHoc report for a Recipe

Symptom

  •  Unable to create an AdHoc Report due to the error "An Error occured during report generation; error code is 10"
  •  The generation of a WWI report fails with error CM_EHCSM_SPC_API_CMN107
  •  Ad Hoc Report can be created in EHS SAP GUI transactions but not in the WUI Recipe Development
  •  WWI Generation Server is running but AdHoc Creation isnt possible for a Recipe or Specification in the PLM WUI
