2634174 - Upgrade failing at Undeploy Post-Undeployment Components Step

When performing an upgrade of a Java System with Portal, the upgrade execution is failing at Undeploy Post-Undeployment Components step.

• The following message appears on SUM:

The following error or errors have occurred during the execution of the current step:
Undeployment finished with error. See log /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/deploy_api.<X>.log for details.

For more information, see the files /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/POST-UNDEPLOY-COMPONENTS_<XX>.LOG and ProcessOverview.html.

To troubleshoot the problem use the provided information. An SAP Note may provide a solution to this problem. Search for SAP Notes with the following keywords:
