2634357 - LMS Skillsoft Connector - New Feature "Mobile Enabled" flag not working

In the newest release (Q1 2018), a new Feature was made available:

"Marking Skillsoft courses as mobile enabled through Connectors in SAP SuccessFactors Learning" (See chapter 7.1 in release documentation)

Make the changes in the connector configuration file and run the skillsoft connector (successful). However, None of the courses that have "Phone" in the Mobile Status column is being flaged in the "Enable mobile Access" as described by the documentation.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - 1802 and upwards

1. Configure Connector Configuration File
2. Run SkillSoft Connector
3. Check in the Content Information if the "Enable Mobile Content" flag is checked

Mobilestatus values which comes in on the connector 'customer_catalog.csv' is the main way to utilize this function

To process customer_catalog.csv you have to set the following configurations as well as the settings in the release notes

• skillsoft.item.connector.metadata_format=CSVX
• skillsoft.connector.process.itemconnector=Y
