Symptom

Is it possible to delete Offer Letter Templates?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Offer Letters
  2. Select template
  3. No 'Delete' option

Resolution

There is currently no feature available to users to delete Offer Letter templates. However this idea is already proposed in the Community portal via an Enhancement Request via the Community Reference number 243666. As a workaround, it is possile to Disable the Offer Letter template in Manage Offer Letter templates.
