Contacts are not receiving Class enrollnment notification

1. Open Class, ensure under Registration > Settings, "contacts" option is checked

2. Under Class view detail page, contact email address is provided

3. Enroll a user in Class as a admin

4. Contact did not receive enrollment notification

Contact email address in Class view detail page is meant for including the address info in notification to users as Class contact person email address and system will not generate any notification to that email address.

System will generate emails to persons who are added as contacts in Class  --> Contacts and notify settings for Contacts is meant for these recipients only.
