How to map the gender field from Recruiting to EC? (Manage Pending Hires)

In order to map the gender field from Recruiting to EC (for customer who do not have Onboarding), please follow up the following:

1. Create a custom picklist in Recruiting. Admin Centre--> Picklist Center -> Select the picklist defined for the gender field.

2. The custom picklist should have the following code "M", "F", "U", "D","O" in the Label and the external code.

3. Also, map these information in the transformation data model:
