Symptom
- You have a purchasing document in which you use NAST output logic, and you change solely the document's address (any part of it). By this a change output is generated but the outsending of that message with dispatch time as 4-immediate processing ends in ME 140 - no print relevant change exists - error, so that the address change even if set in T166c as print relevant, not sent to vendor.
You can also observe that such change's output works fine with in case of NAST with: dispatch time 1, 2 and 3 (so for example manually via ME9f). - You might also observe that if you repeat the failed output and also use dispatch time 4 then with the PO's saving the address changed is tranferred out without error, so by every second attempt the address change is outputtable with dispatch time 4.
- If you use S/4hana output control (a.k.a. BRF+ output) in a purchasing document, and that document's any address detail you change, then you notice that no change output generated by that, no matter what the dispatch time the S/4hana output control's output type is using.
