2634666 - Records not shown in Sales Campaign query - Next 30 days/next 60 days/next 90 days

Symptom

Campaigns are created and scheduled for execution in  Next 30 days , 60 days and 90 days.   However, theses campaigns  are not reflected in Sales campaigns  search query  "Next 30 days  , next 60 days , next 90 days "

Environment

Cloud for Customer 1802 and higher

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the C4C system in HTML5.
  2. Go to the Sales campaign workcenter.
  3. Go to the Campaigns view.
  4. Search  for Campaigns by selecting a query - Next 30 days/ Next 60 days/ Next 90 days.
  5. Result does not reflected for campiaigns schechuled for execution in Next 30 days/ Next 60 days/ Next 90 days.

Cause

Start date of  Campaign is not maintained in campaigns created, which are scheduled for execution in next 30 days/ next 60 days/ next 90 days.

Resolution

  1. Login to the C4C system in HTML5.
  2. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
  3. Go to Campaign view.
  4. Create new campaign XXXX(where XXXX represents campaign ID).
  5. Save.
  6. Edit campaign XXXX.
  7. Go to Start Date field.
  8. In case Start Date field is not visible,  personalize your screen to show  start date and end date fields.
  9. Maintain the Start Date of campaigns mm/dd/yyyy  which is in span of Next 30 days/next 60 days/next 90 days.
  10. Save the campaign XXXX.
  11. Go to the Sales campaign workcenter.
  12. Go to the Campaigns view.
  13. Search Campaigns by selecting one of the query  Next 30 days/ Next 60 days/ Next 90 days.
  14. Search result would reflect the records for campaign query in  Next 30 days/next 60 days/next 90 days. Records in the search results would be reflected on the basis of current date and the start date of the campaign mm/dd/yyyy which is maintained  future (Next 30 days/next 60 days/next 90 days).
