Symptom

'Failed to load document. Please try again later.' error when viewing resume from mobile application.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. From mobile application, choose an offer detail or job requisition approval
  2. Choose 'View resume' from the attachment, and error will occur

Cause

Extra permission is needed to view the attachment from mobile device.

Resolution

  • For Opening the documents contained in Candidate Application: Admin Center → Manage Permission Roles → search and select the user role → Permission → Recruiting Permissions → select the 'OData API Application Export' → Done → Save Changes

  • For Opening the documents contained in Offer Approval: Admin Center → Manage Permission Roles → search and select the user role → Permission → Recruiting Permissions → select the 'OData API Job Offer Export' → Done → Save Changes
