2634751 - Assignment Priority not reflected on Learning Plan or Assignment Type Not Reflected in ILX

• User has been registered for a class. The related Item has an assignment type of 'Required' and this assignment type has a Priority of '1'
• When the user filters their learning plan by Priority, the Item has no priority (See Below)
• When a required item is assigned via class registration, it does not show up in Required Learning of New Learning Experience, instead it shows up in Important learning section.
