Application Error: fingerprint=9ded56451c7a2b64d6c40276a99f0270df1b95b3 can occur under the following scenarios:

• Occurs after the final workflow approver attempts to approve a workflow
• This can happen for multiple scenarios such as manager change, adding a new employee, terminations
• Occurs when attempting to commit a change via Take Action, such as terminating an employee
• Occurs when trying to add a new employee, after selecting 'Save' or 'Submit'

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
• Employee Central

This error can be caused by multiple reasons. One potential cause is due an exception when the system attempts to load a form, however the form contains a user sys id that does not exist in the system. Potentially this user has been 'hard purged' at an earlier date.

There are two ways to fix this behavior:

1. Delete the form 
2. Remove the user from the form

In order to determine the form ID, please raise a ticket with support and reference this KBA. This information will be tracked in the application logs
