2634779 - Error message appears for deleted PO items too (for example 06 166 - ME 552 - ME 083)

You have a held purchase order (PO) with two items with different plants from different countries and currently the second line has an error message: 06 166 (Please only use plants with local currency ILS).
Now, you change this PO and flag the second line for deletion, hence will have only the first line active, so, effectively, you would have only one plant and hence no 06 166 error.
But you receive the error message ME 552 - Please choose plant from one country only per PO for both lines (you won't see the error message in the second line because the "deletion" mark overlaps it).
