Symptom
- ASE outputs error 225 the first time a table variable is used within a derived table in a statement while statement cache is on.
- ASE outputs error 11049 for subsequent executions of the statement while statement cache is on.
Examples:

Cannot run query--referenced object (name NAME NOT RECOVERABLE) dropped during
