Symptom
In programs, HTML can be used to create an activity that is similar to the Text option but includes links, images, and other HTML functions. If you want to add an image to your HTML activity description but don't see a button to upload the image, this article provides the steps to follow.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
- Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Programs >
- Edit the program's agenda >
- Add the HTML activity >
- Save changes >
- After the changes are saved, the localization icon (globe icon) will be displayed next to the activity title and description >
- Click the localization pop-up next to the description >
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the pop-up >
- Scroll down until you see the option 'Insert/edit image' >
- Since images cannot be directly uploaded to the HTML editor, you'll need to provide the URL of an existing image from the internet. For example, if you have an image hosted on your company website, you can copy the image URL and use it with the HTML Editor.
